Radheyan Simonpillai, acting editor of NOW Toronto reached out to Third Culture Media’s Maya Annik Bedward (producing partner in PATTY vs. PATTY) to conduct an interview with the team and Michael Davidson.
Thus, a Zoom interview was set between Ramona Leitao, NOW’s food writer, patty maker Michael Davidson, Third Culture producers Kate Fraser and Maya Bedward and myself to chat all things Patty vs. Patty and the significance of patties in Canada.
